In partnership with Sported, the Barclays Community Sport Fund offers grants, bespoke support, and exclusive ticketing opportunities to make football, tennis, and cricket more accessible to women and girls in communities across the UK
The Barclays Community Sport Fund is open for applications from Wednesday 25 March 2026 until Wednesday 27th May 2026.

The grants programme has been supporting local groups, activity providers, sports clubs and many others to deliver physical activity programmes for people living with Parkinson’s throughout the UK since 2021.
The programme reopens in March and will run until the end of the year, with anyone with a connection to Parkinson’s being eligible to apply for funding from £500 up to £3,000.
For 2026, the grants will have a greater focus on supporting people with lower mobility needs and the application criteria has been updated to reflect this.

Morrisons Foundation – set up by Morrisons supermarket chain – makes grants to registered charities undertaking projects that improve people’s lives. Grants of up to £10,000 are available for specific projects that help to improve people’s lives.
To be eligible, projects must address at least one of the following objectives:
Tackling poverty and social deprivation
Enhancing community spaces, facilities and services
Improving health and wellbeing
The grants are to be used for capital spend or to deliver a specific project and must cover the entire costs of your project.

Grants are available for sports clubs and organisations to provide facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation for the benefit of disadvantaged children who are under the age of 21 years.
You can apply for up to £1,500 which can be used towards the cost of equipment for use of all members of the club or for property maintenance. Note that the Trust will only pay suppliers directly: you will therefore need to obtain a written quotation/invoice from the supplier.
Your club/organisation needs to be affiliated to the relevant governing body in order to be considered for a grant.
